Ampado supports popular audio formats including MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, OGG, AIFF, M4A and more. Check the "Supported Formats" section to see if your file type is supported. If you believe a supported file isn't playing correctly, please contact us with the file format details.
If you're experiencing issues with Ampado, resetting the app often solves the problem:
This will reset all settings to default without deleting your files.
Try these solutions in order:
macOS allows renaming the default Finder color tags (such as "Red" or "Green"). While the color remains visible in Finder, macOS only provides third-party apps with the tag name, not the associated color information.
Ampado therefore displays renamed color tags as text but cannot assign a color and shows them in a neutral (gray) style. This is a macOS limitation and not a bug in Ampado.
Note: For reliable color display, we recommend not renaming the default color tags or using additional regular (colorless) tags.
